Many breast, colorectal, ovarian and pancreatic cancers along with occasional cases of embryonal cancers of testis and cervix cancers showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Few cases of liver, urothelial and stomach cancers displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining cancer tissue along with stroma were negative.
Several cases of gliomas, melanomas, ovarian, lung and skin cancers showed moderate nuclear immunoreactivity with additional cytoplasmic positivity in a few cases. Other cancer tissue were in general weakly stained or negative.
