Staining summary
Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate nuclear and cytoplasmic staining. Gastric parietal cells showed strong cytoplasmic positivity while cells in seminiferus ducts displayed strong nuclear immunoreactivity. Bile duct cells, parathyroid, Purkinje cells, spleen and lymphoid node were negative.
