Prominent cytoplasmic staining in purkinje cells, heart and skeletal myocytes. Additional moderate positivity in smooth muscle and neuronal cells, along with a subset of moderately stained cells in gastro-intestinal glands. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative, except for the membrane positivity found in liver.
