Internal elastic lamina in the arteries and connective tissue in the skin were distinctly stained. A fraction of neuronal cells showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Remaining normal tissues were negative.

Most of the normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity, often in a granular pattern. Renal tubules showed strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining while spermatids in testis showed strong nuclear positivity. Urothelial cells, fallopian tubes, Purkinje cells, glial cells, spleen, soft tissues, smooth and skeletal muscle cells were weakly stained or negative.
