Strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in a fraction of tumor cells in follicular adenocarcinoma of thyroid. A a few cases of melanoma, hepatocellular carcinomas and ovarian cancers showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining cancer tissues were generally negative.
Several cases of endometrial cancers showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Thyroid cancers along with few cases of melanomas, gliomas, renal and urothelial cancers showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative.
