Most of the normal cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Strong staining was observed in luminal membranes of seminal vesicle and gall bladder while placental decidual cells showed staining in plasma membranes. Cells in rectum and appendix showed distinct staining in nuclear membranes. The prostate, pancreatic islet cells, Purkinje cells, spleen and reaction center cells in lymphoid tissues were negative.
