A majority of cancer tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining with additional nuclear staining in rare cases. Melanoma, glioma, colorectal, thyroid and liver cancers showed strong cytoplasmic staining in a few cases. Lymphomas, lung cancers and prostate cancers were mainly weakly stained or negative.
