Staining summary
HPA043535 Endothelial cells, heart and smooth muscle cells and myoepithelium displayed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity whereas skeletal muscle was moderately stained. Moderate nuclear staining was observed in Purkinje cells. Remaining normal cells were negative.
HPA048237 Normal tissues displayed moderate to strong nuclear staining with additional cytoplasmic and/or membranous positivity in several tissues. Hepatocytes, islets of Langerhans, lymphoid tissues except white pulp of spleen and squamous epithelia were weakly stained or negative.
