Hepatocytes and Leydig cells showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Purkinje cells and prostate displayed moderate positivity. Neuronal cells of cerebral cortex, rectum and urothelial cells exhibited moderate nuclear staining. A subset of cells in seminiferus ducts displayed strong cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.

Most normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic and/or membranous positivity. Strong staining was observed in gall bladder, renal tubules and seminal vesicle. Pancreatic islets, placental trophoblasts, neuronal cells, spleen and myocytes were weakly stained or negative.

Moderate positivity was observed in gastro-intestinal glands, gall bladder, exocrine glandular cells, decidual cells, testis and thyroid with additional membranous staining in renal tubules.
