Most of the normal cells displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity, often with a granular pattern. Strong staining was seen in lymphoid tissues, renal tubules and prostate glandular cells. Myocytes and cells of CNS except neuronal cells of cerebral cortex were either negative or weakly stained.
