Most of the normal cells showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Pancreatic islets, urothelial cells, Purkinje cells and spleen were weakly stained or negative.

Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. The prostate, subsets of neuronal cells and lymphoid cells outside the reaction centra displayed strong immunoreactivity. Squamous cells, bile ducts and stromal cells in uterus were in general negative.
