Cancer tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity, often with a granular pattern. Several cases of carcinoids and prostate cancers along with a few cases of breast, ovarian, endometrial, lung and pancreatic cancers showed strong staining. Lymphomas and skin cancers were generally weakly stained or negative.
A single case of adenocarcinoma of lung and cervix showed moderate cytoplasmic staining while a subset of cells in a single case of endometrial cancer showed strong positivity. Remaining cancer tissues were negative.
