Staining summary
HPA052504 A subset of cells in seminiferous ducts of testis and basal cells in prostate displayed strong cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Weak to moderate positivity was observed in several tissues including respiratory epithelia, basal layer of squamous epithelia, large intestine, breast and heart and smooth muscle. Remaining normal tissues were mainly negative.
CAB017451 Most of the normal cells showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Pancreatic islets and lymphoid tissues were weakly stained or negative.
CAB032815 Most of the normal cells showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and nuclear immunoreactivity. Pancreatic islets, heart muscle and most cells in the CNS were weakly stained or negative.
