Leydig cells displayed strong cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in gall bladder. Hematopoietic cells and exocrine pancreas were moderately positive. Remaining normal tissues were generally negative.

Stomach, exocrine pancreas, thyroid gland, squamous epithelia, cells in seminiferus ducts of testis, smooth muscle, glandular cells of cervix and breast showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional nuclear staining in a few cases. Renal tubules, fraction of cells in intestinal tract and myocytes exhibited strong immunoreactivity. Remaining normal tissues were in general negative.
