Most normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity with a granular pattern. Respiratory epithelia, intestinal glands, renal tubules, cells in seminiferus ducts of testis, Purkinje cells and glandular cells of breast were strongly stained. The liver, pancreas, cells of CNS except Purkinje cells, lymphoid cells, muscle tissues and soft tissues were weakly stained or generally negative.
