Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Strong staining was observed in spermatogonia of testis, red pulp of spleen and hematopoeitic cells. The lung, liver, prostate, cells in CNS, mesenchymal cells, smooth and skeletal muscle cells were weakly stained or negative.
