Moderate cytoplasmic positivity was displayed in squamous epithelial cells, stomach, large intestine, heart and smooth muscle cells. Small intestinal glands and placental trophoblastic cells were strongly stained. A subset of hematopoietic cells and cells in red pulp of spleen showed strong nuclear and cytoplasmic staining. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
