Staining summary
HPA039454 Subsets of pancreatic islet cells, prostate glands and neuronal cells displayed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Epididymis and fallopian tube showed strong membranous staining. Thyroid, endometrial glands, cells in seminiferus ducts and endocervical gland were moderately stained. Remaining normal cells were mainly negative.
HPA039682 Most normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional membranous and/or nuclear staining in several cases. Strong cytoplasmic and luminal membranous positivity was observed in gastrointestinal glands. Hepatocytes and renal glomeruli showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Glial cells, lymphoid tissues, breast, heart and smooth muscle were weakly stained or negative.
