Normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining with often membranous positivity with few tissues. Skin, epididymis and squamous epithelium of esophagus exhibited moderate cytoplasmic and membranous immunoreactivity. Salivary gland, bile duct cells, cells in glomeruli, prostate, Purkinje cells, cardiac myocytes and spleen were negative.
