Most prostate and testicular cancer cases along with several breast, urothelial, gastric, liver and pancreatic carcinomas showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining. A few cases of endometrial cancer displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity while several melanomas exhibited moderate positivity. Remaining cancers were weakly stained or negative.
