Most of the normal cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity, often with a granular pattern. Intestinal tract, adrenal gland, Purkinje cells, prostate and renal tubules were strongly stained. Bile duct cells, pancreatic islets, spleen, smooth and mesenchymal cells were weakly stained or negative.
