Staining summary
Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate nuclear and/or cytoplasmic positivity. Strong nuclear staining was observed in hepatocytes while skin and skeletal muscles showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Pneumocytes, bile ducts, pancreatic islets, glial cells and lymphoid tissues were generally negative.
