Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional nuclear staining in few cases. Gastrointestinal tract, endometrium and skeletal muscles displayed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Most cells in CNS along with lymphoid tissues, liver, lung, islets of Langerhans, cells in glomeruli, stromal cells in uterus and ovary were in general negative.
