Strong cytoplasmic and membranous positivity was seen in cells of renal tubules, bile duct cells and pancreatic ducts. A subset of cells in gastrointestinal tract and alveolar cells showed moderate staining. Endothelial cells were distinctly stained. The remaining normal tissues were generally negative.

Gall bladder, renal tubules, smooth muscle cells and subsets of cells in skin showed strong cytoplasmic and/or membranous positivity. Respiratory epithelium, fallopian tubes, endometrial and cervical glands were moderate stained. Remaining normal cells were weakly stained or negative.
