Staining summary
Strong cytoplasmic positivity with a granular pattern was observed in neurons, granular layer cells in cerebellum and seminiferus duct cells in testis. Pancreas and the gall bladder were moderately stained. Epididymis showed distinct membranous positivity. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
