Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Alveolar macrophages, adrenal cortex, placental trophoblastic cells, non-germinal center cells in lymphoid tissues, subset of renal tubules, heart and skeletal muscles were strongly stained. Strong nuclear positivity was exhibited in subset of cells in seminiferus ducts of testis. Cells of CNS, liver, islets of Langerhans and smooth muscle cells were negative.
