Most of the malignant tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic and/or nucleolar positivity. Several prostate and colorectal cancers exhibited strong staining. Most cases of malignant gliomas were negative.
Cancer cells generally displayed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Several cases of endometrial, ovarian, colorectal and cervix cancers were strongly positive. Ovarian cancers showed additional nuclear positivity while membranous positivity was observed in renal, colorectal and breast carcinomas. Most lymphomas and gliomas were negative.
