Staining summary
Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Nuclear positivity was observed in trophoblastic cells in placenta. Respiratory epithelia, gastrointestinal tract, subsets of cells in bone marrow and lymphoid tissues showed strong membranous or cytoplasmic positivity. Hepatocytes, squamous epithelia and cells in CNS were negative.
