Staining summary
Normal tissues generally showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Purkinje cells and the adrenal gland exhibited strong cytoplasmic and nuclear staining while cardiac myocytes and epidermal cells showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Liver and glial cells in the CNS were negative.
