Moderate nuclear immunoreactivity was observed in most cancer tissues. Additional granular cytoplasmic positivity was displayed in liver and prostate cancers. Most gliomas and a few carcinoids, urothelial and prostate cancers were strongly stained.
Most cancer tissues displayed moderate nuclear and cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Several cases of renal cancer and melanoma showed strong nuclear and cytoplasmic positivity. Lymphomas and carcinomas were negative.
