A majority of cancer tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic and nucleolar immunoreactivity. Most cases of gliomas, lymphomas, ovarian and prostate cancers were weakly stained or negative.
Squamous cell carcinomas of skin along with several squamous cell carcinomas of uterine cervix, lung, head and neck displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity. One case of urothelial cancers displayed moderate staining. Other cancer tissues were negative.
