Most tumour tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Several gliomas, thyroid and hepatocellular cancers showed strong nuclear positivity.
Cancer tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining with additional membranous and/or nuclear positivity in several cases. Few cases of gliomas, testicular, cervical, ovarian, breast and colorectal cancers were strongly stained.
