Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in a subset of leukocytes. Stomach, intestine, gall bladder, thyroid gland, hepatocytes, adrenal gland, renal tubules, prostate, epididymis and lung displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity, often with a granular pattern. Remaining normal cells were mainly negative.

Moderate cytoplasmic positivity, often seen with a granular pattern was exhibited in alveolar macrophages, gastrointestinal glands, exocrine pancreas, endocrine glands, renal tubules, Leydig cells, prostate and megakaryocytes. Epididymis was strongly stained. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
