Most normal tissues displayed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Nuclear staining was observed in the granular layer of cerebellum and subsets of glial cells. Adrenal cortex, Purkinje cells, liver, islets of Langerhans, Leydig cells, skeletal and smooth muscle cells were weakly stained.
