Strong cytoplasmic/membranous immunoreactivity was observed in respiratory epithelia, pancreatic intercalated ducts, gastrointestinal glands, renal tubules, prostate gland and a subset of lymphoid cells. Lung, endocrine cells and cells in the CNS were negative. Most other normal tissues showed weak to moderate staining.
HPA032112
Exocrine pancreas displayed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity while strong nuclear and cytoplasmic positivity was observed in gall bladder. Stomach, epididymis, seminal vesicle, neurons, lymphoid tissues and trophoblasts exhibited moderate cytoplasmic with occasional nuclear positivity. Normal tissues in general were weakly stained or negative.
CAB037063
Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Strong staining was observed in a few neuronal cells. Glial cells showed strong cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Bile ducts, renal glomeruli, smooth muscle, most mesenchymal cells, seminiferous ducts, prostate and spleen were negative.
