Staining summary
Cells in seminiferus ducts displayed cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Upper stomach showed moderate positivity. Purkinje cells, peripheral nerves and subset of smooth muscles showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.
