A majority of cancer tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Cases of thyroid cancers and melanomas were strongly stained in the cytoplasm. Several squamous cell carcinomas, renal and testicular cancers were weakly stained or negative.

Malignant cells generally showed moderate to strong nucleolar staining and cytoplasmic positivity. Several malignant lymphomas and renal cell carcinomas were weakly stained or negative.
