Staining summary
Normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Additional positivity of luminal membranes was observed in glands. Fibroblasts, basal cells and myoepithelial cells showed distinct staining. Strong staining was observed in glandular cells of gastrointestinal tract and Leydig cells whereas cells in CNS were mainly negative.
