Strong nuclear staining was found in subsets of cells in lymphoid organs and bone marrow. Intestinal paneth cells, gall bladder and syncytiotrophoblasts showed moderate immunoreactivity while the remaining normal tissues generally showed weak cytoplasmic staining or were negative.

A subset of cells in red pulp of spleen, non-germinal center cells in lymphoid tissue and hematopoietic cells displayed strong nuclear staining. A fraction of hepatocytes and basal layer keratinocytes showed moderate cytoplasmic staining. Remaining normal cells were generally negative.
