Staining summary
HPA001612 A majority of normal tissues displayed cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Strongest staining was observed placental trophoblasts, in plasma and in extracellular material.
HPA001613 Extracellular matrix in skin, uterus and cervix displayed positivity. Bile canaliculi and placenta showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining normal cells were negative.
CAB004393 Extracellular matrix, smooth muscle, syncytiotrophoblasts in placenta and most female genitalia showed strong cytoplasmic staining.
CAB068187 Extracellular matrix was distinctly stained. Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in placental trophoblastic cells and subset of alveolar macrophages. Subset of cells in stomach and glandular cells of cervix were moderately stained. Glandular cells of uterus and parathyroid displayed moderate cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Remaining normal cell types were weakly stained or mostly negative.
