Most of the normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Strong staining was observed in the thyroid gland, oocytes and trophoblastic cells. Bile duct cells, cells in CNS, lymphoid tissues, ovarian and endometrial stromal cells were negative.

Normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Cells in seminiferous ducts, oocytes and neuronal cells showed strong cytoplasmic staining. Nuclear positivity was observed in lymphoid cells and nuclear membrane was distinctly stained in heart myocytes. Smooth muscle cells and spleen were negative.

Respiratory epithelia, renal tubules, cells in seminiferous ducts and oocytes showed strong staining. Bile ducts, renal glomeruli, placenta, prostate, spleen, smooth muscles and soft tissues were negative.
