Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate nucleolar staining along with additional cytoplasmic and/or membranous positivity in few tissues. Islets of Langerhans and a subset of cells in exocrine pancreas displayed strong cytoplasmic staining. Renal tubules showed strong luminal membranous and nucleolar immunoreactivity. Most of the lymphoid tissues were negative.
