Distinct cytoplasmic positivity was observed in exocrine pancreas, hematopoietic cells and cells in red pulp of the spleen. Seminiferus ducts, glandular cells of gastrointestinal tract and gallbladder showed moderate cytoplasmic and occasional nuclear positivity. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.

Duodenum and small intestine showed strong granular cytoplasmic staining. Weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity was observed in upper respiratory tract, gastric glands, exocrine pancreas, testis, skeletal and cardiac myocytes, thyroid and urothelium. Remaining normal tissues were negative.
