Strong cytoplasmic positivity was observed in hematopoeitic cells, lymphoid tissues, ovarian follicles, cardiac and skeletal muscle cells. Respiratory epithelia, gastrointestinal tract, hepatocytes, exocrine pancreas, adrenal cortex and urothelium showed moderate to strong cytoplasmicpositivity, often accompanied by membranous staining. Remaining normal tissues were weakly stained or negative.

Spleen and non-germinal center cells of lymphoid tissues showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Gastrointestinal tract, exocrine pancreas, squamous epithelia, trophoblastic cells and subset of hematopoietic cells displayed moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear positivity. Remaining normal tissues were generally negative.
