A subset of cells in seminiferus ducts of testis and subset of skeletal muscle cells displayed strong cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. Stomach was moderately stained. Intestinal tract showed moderate cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Remaining normal cells exhibited moderate nuclear staining in a fraction of cells or were negative.

Most of the normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Thyroid, Leydig cells, placenta, epididymis and exocrine pancreas were strongly stained. Purkinje cells, glial cells, heart muscle cells, bile duct cells, pneumocytes, adipocytes and urothelium were negative.
