Staining summary
HPA030413 A subset of cells in seminiferus ducts of testis showed nuclear staining. Moderate cytoplasmic and membranous immunoreactivity was observed in heart myocytes. Endothelial cells and renal glomeruli showed moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining normal cells were weakly stained or negative.
HPA030414 A subset of cells in seminiferus ducts displayed moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity. The sSuperficial gastric mucosa showed strong cytoplasmic staining. A subset of cells in pancreatic islets were moderately stained. Heart and skeletal muscle cells exhibited weak positivity. Remaining normal cells were negative.
HPA030415 Moderate to strong cytoplasmic and nuclear positivity was observed in neuronal cells, renal glomeruli and subset of cells in testis. Remaining normal tissues were generally negative.
