Staining summary
HPA031008 Most normal tissues showed moderate cytoplasmic and membranous positivity. Proximal renal tubules, urothelium, fallopian tube and the prostate displayed strong immunoreactivity. Pancreatic islet cells, glial cells in CNS, lymphoid cells and skeletal muscles were in general weakly stained or negative.
HPA031009 Most of the normal tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic positivity with additional membranous positivity in few cases. Esophagus, hepatocytes, adrenal cortex and prostate showed strong staining. The lung, lymphoid tissues, smooth and skeletal muscle cells were negative.
