Staining summary
Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic and nuclear staining. Mucus in for example respiratory epithelium and stomach displayed strong positivity. Neurons in the CNS, placental trophoblasts and seminiferus duct cells in testis showed strong nuclear staining.
