Staining summary
Strong cytoplasmic staining was observed in blood vessels, Leydig and Sertoli cells in testis, glandular cells of endometrium and in renal glomeruli. Stroma and macrophages were distinctly positive, while squamous epithelia and cells of gastrointestinal tract generally were negative.
