Intestinal goblet cells, the superficial gastric mucosa and subsets of seminiferous duct cells showed strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity. Distinct nuclear staining was observed in neurons. Normal cells in general displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining was seen in a majority of normal cells.
HPA064708
Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate nuclear and/or cytoplasmic positivity. Subset of cells in duodenum, small intestine, neuronal and glial cells along with cells in molecular layer of cerebellum were strongly stained. Lung, liver, salivary gland, skeletal myocytes and renal glomeruli were negative.
CAB012459
Cytoplasmic staining in most tissues and cells, strongest in glandular cells e.g. genitalia and gastrointestinal tract. Strong nuclear staining in CNS and few other tissues. Most mesenchymal cells were negative.
